‘Reunion Grille’ ~ Wonderful Restaurant

Just wanna say a BIG thank-you to Gregg, Matt & family for the wonderful dinner last night.  The food was incredible (I even had grits for the 1st time) 😉 the drinks were great, the atmosphere was fabulous (as is the concept of your restaurant) and the company … it was like having dinner with family! 🙂

We had a great night and hope you did too!

Now, let me tell ya’ll a little about the ‘Reunion Grille’ – THEE best restaurant I’ve ever been too.  Not just because of the food though … the concept – all I can say is wow!  They have an inside restaurant (split into 3 areas) along with an outside area for live music, an outside bar and 2 playgrounds for the kids! 🙂  How crazee is that?  They truly hit the nail on the head when creating a ‘family reunion’ type setting outside.  Picnic tables, outdoor washrooms, the music, the area for kids so their parents can watch them play but enjoy themselves at the same time.  I’ve truly NEVER seen anything like it! Here’s the website so you can check it out for yourselves.

  1. Sooo glad you are feeling better and had such a great time! Sounds like a 1 of kind place, something for everyone, I’m sure Mack thought it was awesome too! xoxoxoxo

  2. …and the Canadian company was just as nice! Mack is a real gentleman and polite kid.
I am very proud of Greg and Jason(my dad and brother) for their restaurant and the group who makes it happen. Reunion is unique and comfortable. I was there with the Crazee Adventurers along with my wife, my 1 yr old and 4 yr old. we all had time and place to relax and share some conversation, which is rare when dining with kids.
I have always lived a Crazee Adventure lifestyle, and have recently started a family in Austin. Our new Crazee is more slow paced these days but still involves traveling to Tulum with the kids to allow them to get a different education about the nature, the culture, and the friends that we love there. My 4 yr old has already been to Ecuador, Colombia, and Mexico many many times. Crazee is better than Crazy enough to get stuck in a rut (or god forbid a cubicle).
It is nice to have Y’all mosey through Texas and share the adventure with us. I enjoyed getting to know Y’all better outside of the Yucatan jungle. I’m sure we will have more fun in Mex or Austin, and I would not be surprised if we have another destination in our future. I hope your time in Austin taught you that “we’re all here cause we’re not all there”
    Abrazos,
    Matthew Schnurr and family
